Claims and Return policy:
As a quality commitment, Themagazinemarket.com will solve any claim caused as a consequence of a company mistake and that avoids the satisfactory delivery of an order. It is considered as a company mistake any of the following cases:
1) Damaged products, quantity errors on ordered products, wrong products (ex. Wrong taste or size), lacking of any ordered product: All this products will be reshipped in order for our customer to receive the complete order.
2) Orders damaged during transit: Theses orders are sent again to our customers as soon as the carrier company confirms the error, as long as it is proved that the damage was caused by packing problems.
3) Lost or delayed orders: This case is often responsibility of the carrier company, either way; the lost orders are reshipped so that the client obtains his order.
4) Any additional tax charged by customs at the destination of the country were the package will be delivered must be paid by the buyer due to the fact that Themagazinemarket.com has no way to charge taxes depending on the percentage and volume for each state in each country for each product. Otherwise, the order could be destroyed at customs since no one will claim it.
5) All returns (asked by the client) are subject to a non-refundable 10% from the final charge for restocking fees and bank charges.
The client must report all these situations to the carrier company employee the moment he has to sign for the "satisfactory delivery" on the tracking guide. Therefore, it is the responsibility of our customer to perform an order check before signing for the delivery. Next, the client must inform Themagazinemarket.com for the damages or inconvenience and provide his basic personal details as well as his order's tracking number.
Only in this way our company will be able to process and solve a claim. Once a customer signs for a satisfactory delivery we will take no claims.
